When our house in Ohio sold, we needed a new home quickly. We decided to try a buyers agent and found Carolina Buyers Agent through an online search. We could not have made a better choice! We contacted Julie on short notice, as we had already purchased our plane tickets for three days later. Even though she was short-handed that week-end, she personally accommodated us. Julie met us at our hotel within an hour of our arrival Thursday morning. She had a thorough map and plan for us to see ten different homes meeting our specifications and price range. By Friday afternoon, thanks to Julie’s skillful negotiating, we had an accepted offer on our new home. But that was just the beginning of her service. Julie acted as our power-of-attorney for the closing so we didn’t have to make another trip. She was present for the inspection and for the security system installation. She mailed us our keys and even fed our birds! All in all, Julie went above and beyond time after time. She kept us informed and made the entire process run smoothly. We can say without reservation that you cannot make a better choice than Carolina Buyers Agent!
