I don’t give 5 stars often, but Angela Jenkins earned every one! I was having a house built in Huntersville while I was living across the country. Angela kept in touch throughout the 9-month process. She was on time for every meeting, both in-person and virtual, and sent me pictures and videos throughout the build. She kept on top of the paperwork and timelines, and she backed me up as an advocate when we had to negotiate with the builder and with the lender. I recommend Angela Jenkins and Carolina Buyers Agent wholeheartedly.
I cannot express how fortunate I was to have worked with Angela Jenkins throughout my Charlotte area home search. I am so thankful and grateful for Angela for helping us find our dream home. I have never had a real estate agent look out for my best interest as Angela Jenkins did. Once I decided on a 55+ neighborhood and we found one I liked, Angela helped me negotiate the purchase price and extras. She was at every meeting with me, even spent hours at the design center putting together options when I was totally overwhelmed. She was always available to contact the builder to answer question I had and even visit the construction site randomly to make sure all was going well. She scheduled an independent inspector for pre drywall and prior to closing and was there with the inspector when I had to work! She made sure the whole process went smoothly. I could not have had a better agent to help me with my new home!
My experience in buying my house was made easier by the efforts of Angela Jenkins. I was out of town and was unable to make a lot of trips, so she went to houses that met my needs and zoomed me in so I could get an idea of it before traveling here. She was very flexible in scheduling, and had a lot of patience with me when I changed my criteria. She assisted with every aspect of this purchase, including coordinating with loan issues, inspection, insurance, etc. She even helped me move some stuff into the garage before I could get the keys.
