Can't imagine going through the buying process without the professional and knowledgeable assistance of our buying agent, Angela Jenkins. From our first encounter with Angela we knew that she had our best interests in mind. She asked all the right questions of us, to determine exactly what we wanted in our new home. Angela attended every meeting we had with the selling agents, builders and project engineer. She recommended a professional inspection team, and accompanied us through every step. Angela got involved with the loan process, from explaining, in understandable terms, the very complicated procedure. Her recommendations, advice and help made a world of difference. She handled, with tact and effectiveness, any issues that arose, whether it involved the builder, lender or attorneys. Angela made us feel, from the very beginning, that she was having this house built for herself, not just representing us as purchasers. Angela was available to answer phone calls and emails 24/7, a rarity these days. It was bitter sweet attending our closing together, elated that the process was finally over, yet sad to realize that our professional relationship with Angela was coming to an end.
