I have never had a real estate agent look out for my best interest as Angela Jenkins did. Once I decided on a 55+ neighborhood and we found one I liked, Angela helped me negotiate the purchase price and extras. She was at every meeting with me, even spent hours at the design center putting together options when I was totally overwhelmed. She was always available to contact the builder to answer question I had and even visit the construction site randomly to make sure all was going well. She scheduled an independent inspector for pre drywall and prior to closing and was there with the inspector when I had to work! She made sure the whole process went smoothly. I could not have had a better agent to help me with my new home!
