We have worked with these realtors twice. Both times were amazing experiences. With our first purchase, Julie helped negotiate the price down 8k by convincing the appraiser to update her comps. Second time was a complex purchase in a bad market for buyers, and Angela worked tirelessly to make sure the electrical issues were fixed and the home was in good condition. We literally could not have done it without her. We also had the privilege of working with the realtor they refer you to for home sales-- so it's not like you can only purchase a home with them. Selling is also turn key. Not only did he give us lower points on the sale because we were Carolina Buyers customers, but he also was fast, efficient, and easy to work with. No surprises, no bumps.
